These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GameDay Teams app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
GameDay Teams provides tools for coaches, players, and parents to communicate and organize their teams, including schedules, rosters, messaging, announcements, and shared documents. We may update, add, or remove features over time.
You are responsible for the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. You must be old enough to form a binding contract to create an account; teams are intended to be administered by adults.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service (such as messages, schedules, and documents). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and your team. You are responsible for the content you post and for ensuring you have the rights to share it.
Some features are available only to team owners or coaches with the appropriate permissions. Team owners and coaches are responsible for managing their team's roster, members, and settings.
Some features (the coach portal, including schedules, rosters, messaging, announcements, and shared documents) require a paid subscription. We offer two auto-renewing plans:
New subscriptions may include a free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription and you will be charged the then-current price.
Purchases through the iOS app. Subscriptions bought in our iOS app are billed through your Apple Account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple Account settings. If you have a free trial, canceling before it ends avoids any charge; any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial. Apple determines free-trial eligibility.
Purchases through our website. Subscriptions bought on our website are billed through our third-party payment processor. They renew automatically until canceled, and you can manage or cancel them from your account settings.
Prices are shown at the point of purchase and may change; we will give notice of price changes as required by law and the applicable app store. Except where required by law or the applicable app store's policies, payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partial periods. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GameDay Teams will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm to us or others.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
