This Privacy Policy explains what information GameDay Leagues ("we," "us") collects when you use our website and mobile applications (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Payment Information

We don't collect or store your full card number. On the web, payments are processed by Stripe; in the iOS app, purchases are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase and governed by Apple's privacy policy. We receive only the subscription status and billing details needed to grant you access — not your card number.

3. How We Use Information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Service
• To communicate with you — account notices, password resets, and billing confirmations
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues
• To comply with legal obligations

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use your league data to serve you advertising.

4. Who We Share Information With

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service — for example, our hosting provider, our email delivery provider, and payment processors (Stripe and Apple) — and only to the extent needed for them to perform that service. We don't share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We keep your account and league data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we'll remove or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain it (for example, billing records).

6. Your Choices

• You can review and update your account information from within the app.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time — through Stripe billing on the web, or through your Apple ID subscription settings in the iOS app.
• You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for league organizers, coaches, and players who are old enough to manage or participate in an organized sports league account, and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll remove it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know, such as posting a notice in the app.
